A glimpse into the world of image making by Johannes Reinhart
Here’s the beginning of my latest newsletter. To view the full version click here.
I am practising to be grateful, but like many here in Western Australia, I don’t think I fully appreciate just how lucky we are.
While the world is battling with Covid-19 and many places have restrictions, life here in WA is pretty normal (apart from the odd awkward handshake).
Due to our ‘hard border closure’, we are now in our 7th months of Covid free and many businesses, including mine, are back to ‘normal’. It’s something I’m grateful for big time.
Getting money through jobkeeper from the government is great, but there is a certain worth to working for the money. A bit like taking cable transport up a mountain versus climbing up. Even though they are the same views, they seem so much better when you worked your way up.
But, no one knows how long it lasts and one case can start an avalanche that can change all this ‘normal’ overnight.
But for now we WA people can be so grateful.
Our first photographer meet up was a success!
We had a group of likeminded people happily talking about photography and life.
